How this works

Every opening on Silicon Roles is read directly from the applicant tracking system the employer uses — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable. Nothing is retyped, nothing is submitted by a recruiter, and nothing is bought from an aggregator.

Refreshed every night

The full collection runs at 03:20 UTC. A role that is no longer returned by the employer’s own system for three collections in a row is deleted, and its page returns a 404 from then on. The three-day window exists because applicant tracking systems intermittently omit a live opening from their public feed; without it, roles that are still open would be thrown away.

Salaries are quoted, never estimated

A figure only appears when the employer published it in the posting. 714 of the 2968 current roles do. We never model, infer or “estimate” pay.

The archive

A dated snapshot is stored every night, starting 2026-08-10. Openings vanish; the record of what they offered does not.

Applying

Every apply button goes to the employer’s own page. There is no account to create here and no CV to upload.
