Project Title: Implant Process Engineering Project Objective: To d evelop robust, high-volume manufacturable protocols for phosphorus-to-arsenic surface cleaning and conversion to mitigate phosphorus cross-contamination in arsenic-doped semiconductor wafers. Project Outcome: The intern will gain comprehensive exposure to semiconductor fabrication operations, with a focus on advanced ion implantation process engineering and fundamental equipment handling. Training will include application of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology for continuous improvement.
