The successful candidate will establish technical direction for advanced CMOS device and process integration, drive major technology decisions, and lead the resolution of the organization’s most complex cross-functional engineering challenges. This individual will combine deep semiconductor expertise with AI-assisted analytics ( Claud Assist, Code Assist, etc. ), modeling, automation, and knowledge-management technologies to transform the speed, quality, and scalability of CMOS technology development. AI tools will augment the individual’s technical leadership and decision-making, while final engineering accountability remains with the technical leader.
