Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. マイクロンのファブエンジニアとして、あなたは他のプロセスおよび装置エンジニアと協力しながら、以下の業務に携わります： ・新規立ち上げ、プロセス開発、最適化を通じて製品の品質と信頼性を向上させる ・歩留まり改善、コスト削減、生産性向上、リスク管理に取り組む ・製造ライン上の問題を解決する ・このポジションでは、故障解析、FMEA（故障モード影響解析）、8D（問題解決手法）、SPC（統計的工程管理）などの手法を用いて、プロセス関連の問題を特定・診断・解決します。 さらに以下の責任があります： ・プロセス、装置、材料の評価・最適化を調整・実施し、工程変更を導入する ・歩留まり改善やコスト削減活動を主導・参加する ・新しいプロセスのベースライン認定を担当する ・材料サプライヤーとの連携・監査・管理を行い、品質・コスト・リスク管理の目標を達成する Responsibilities and Tasks: • Establish and improve process condition and technology. • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. • Establish and modify process management projects. • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. • Abnormal analysis and improvement. 責任と業務内容： ・プロセス条件および技術の確立・改善 ・プロセス能力の向上および生産コストの削減 ・プロセスマネジメントプロジェクトの立ち上げおよび修正 ・各種半導体製造装置におけるプロセスパラメータの設定 ・新規装置・材料の評価、導入促進、計画立案 ・異常の分析および改善対応 Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Ability to communicate in English or Japanese 必須条件： ・学士号または同等の経験 ・日本語または英語でのコミュニケーションが可能 About Micron Technology, Inc.
