In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the research and development of next-generation Power Delivery IPs that deliver industry-leading performance (efficiency, power density, bandwidth) in advanced process technology nodes. You will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge intellectual property (IP) and features that will shape the future of Intel's future AI and Datacenter Products, enabling higher Perf/Watt and overall value. Your work will directly influence Intel's product roadmap, collaborate across industry and academia, and position Intel as a leader in the semiconductor industry's future innovation. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and execute scientific research projects focused on advancing analog, mixed-signal, and digital circuit techniques to develop innovative power delivery IPs - Design and enable new IPs and features to enhance Intel's product offerings. - Conduct circuit analysis and simulation and engage in design verification, testing, and debugging of fabricated circuits. - Research and propose innovative techniques to achieve superior form-factor, higher input voltage, higher efficiency, and ability to handle fast load transients. - Partner with engineering design teams to define product requirements and assess the feasibility of adopting new technologies.
