Responsible to respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and repair equipment and ensure continuous support by shift 24/7 operation Responsible to follow up on outstanding issue and liaise with external vendor for problem escalation with tool owners Responsible for process lot disposition follow OCAP and qualification together with engineer sponsors.
