ATE (Alpha Technology Engineering) - New Product Team Diffusion Process Engineer is responsible for the successful transfer and implementation of new technology nodes developed by the Technology Development team. The role focuses on improving manufacturing yield, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting equipment capacity expansion through close collaboration with Technology Development, Fab15 departments, the global DRAM network, and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining a strong safety culture, supporting technology transfers to sister sites, and preparing for future technology node introductions.
