About the job Be the IT anchor for Graphcore’s Taipei office, supporting the people building next-generation AI computer. As Desktop & Engineering Support Engineer, you will be the main IT contact for our Taipei team. You will support Windows, macOS and Linux systems across daily desktop needs and engineering workflows. Your work will help engineers stay focused, unblocked and productive. You will solve issues across devices, networks, applications and specialist tools that underpin development. You will own hands-on support, user access, endpoint health, software setup and on-site infrastructure. You will also work with global IT and vendors when issues need broader resolution.
