Analog Devices is seeking a Director, Power Electronics Application to drive innovation in next-generation Power Electronics for the rapidly growing data center, energy and robotics markets. The candidate will be part of a multifunctional team that defines, develops and delivers process technology and system solutions for ADI’s power product platforms. We are looking for an engineering leader with a strong background in power and experience in bridging the gap between application needs and process technology development. Key Responsibilities: Understand market needs in data center, energy and robotics markets. Define optimum circuit topologies and process technologies for these applications. Design and test proposed solutions in the lab. Collaborate with product development, applications and process technology teams to deliver new power solutions to market. Create and nurture team as needed.
