We are seeking senior technical leaders in process engineering to join Micron Memory Taiwan. This role reports directly to site senior management or the VP and is open at the Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) or Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) level. As a senior technical leader, you will drive innovation, lead complex projects, define technical roadmaps, and mentor engineering talent. Your expertise will be critical in developing advanced DRAM process solutions that support yield ramp-up and shape the future of the DRAM industry. This position is ideal for experienced process engineering professionals motivated by purpose-driven work. You will be part of the OMT (F11+F16) ADT dry etch process engineering team, focusing on technology transfer from R&D, collaborating with Japan (F15) and Central team on yield and quality improvements, and high-volume production enablement.
