Work directly with process integration and other areas such as Wet etch, CVD, Diffusion, Metals, Lithography & CMP. You will work on groundbreaking, best-in-class dry etch chambers and own the process roadmap to meet program and yield goals. Job Responsibilities : Developing dry etch processes to meet the physical & electrical requirements of Micron’s products. Optimizing dry etch processes to reduce cost, process variability, and improve process capability.
