EDA Deal Desk Manager

Introduction Cadence Design Systems is looking for a Deal Desk Sales Finance business partner to support the North America sales organization. In this role, the Deal Desk Finance Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams, providing finance input on deal structures and terms that maximize value for Cadence while benefiting external customers and internal cross-functional teams. The position is part of a cohesive team operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment at a publicly traded software and solutions company with more than $5B in annual revenue. The role works closely with the quote-to-cash group, including Sales, Revenue Accounting, Order Management, Credit, Sales Ops, and Legal. This person works with the sales team to structure and execute customer deals that achieve the Company’s financial objectives. Identify potential revenue recognition, booking, and fulfillment issues associated with nonstandard features in customer deals, while maintaining deep engagement with stakeholders across teams to resolve them.
