We are looking for talent to join us in Photolithography Process Engineering to optimize and sustain Immersion/ArF processes across technology nodes. Job Description You will own process stability and continual improvement for Photolithography process, driving yield, productivity and cost efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Essential responsibilities including but not limited to following: Layers ownership to upkeep offline/inline process parameters including SPC/Defect/Yield/etc. Tools ownership to co-work with Equipment team to ensure post tool activities setup/qualification/enhance check in order. Involve in NPI/Prototype process setup (APC/CPE/DOMA/Agile) and piloting success rate to fulfill cycle time/shipment schedule requirement. Own tool qualification to support Fab capacity expansion/flexibility enhancement via PCRB/customer PCN.
