Shift : Days 2, Thu-Sat; alternating Wed; 6am-6pm Photolithography Technician 5, Equipment Engineering We are seeking a highly skilled Photo Equipment Technician with ample experience working on photolithography equipment. The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems related to semiconductor manufacturing and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot down to the component level when necessary. Responsibilities : Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs. Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment. Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime. Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs. Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings.
