As a Lithography Pathfinding Process Development Engineer, you will evaluate advanced patterning technologies including EUV and High NA EUV for next-generation memory products. You will play a key role in developing new lithography processes, influencing technology roadmaps, and enabling successful transitions from pathfinding to manufacturing. This position offers opportunities to collaborate across organizations and travel to support early High NA EUV development activities.
