Drive process capability enhancement and cost reduction initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency. Develop, maintain, and optimize process control and management systems. Define, set up, and optimize process parameters for a variety of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Evaluate, qualify, and implement new equipment and materials for production applications. Analyze manufacturing abnormalities, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, productivity, and process yield. •Utilize generative AI and analytics tools to support technical documentation, knowledge sharing, project execution, and data-driven decision-making.
