NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today, we are tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing — an era in which our GPUs act as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that understand the world. Doing what has never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. NVIDIA's Silicon Co-Design group is seeking lab Technician who owns end-to-end hardware setup and validation support for assigned chip/silicon programs within the Hardware Validation Farm. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in board bring-up, thermal attachment, and hardware diagnostics, along with the judgment to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues with minimal supervision. Technicians in this role carry setups through their full lifecycle — from board receipt through sanity validation and ongoing post-enablement support — and are relied on to preserve technical continuity across program cycles. What you’ll be doing : Full Setup Lifecycle Ownership — Own board receipt, pre-enablement checks, thermal attachment, peripheral bring-up, and sanity validation for assigned programs; provide ongoing post-enablement support. Hardware Diagnostics & Root Cause Analysis — Troubleshoot device-under-test (DUT) failures beyond surface-level symptoms, trace issues to true root cause, and make informed calls on whether a setup is recoverable.
