This position requires regular onsite presence at our Hillsboro, Oregon facility. Your responsibilities as a Process Integration and Yield Technician will include but not be limited to: • Support semiconductor manufacturing operations by monitoring tool and process performance, identifying defects, and assisting with yield-related investigations.
