Intern - Dry Etch Equipment Development Engineering

As an intern in the Dry Etch Equipment Development Engineering group at Micron, you will gain hands-on experience in developing, crafting, and optimizing plasma etch equipment for Micron's groundbreaking memory parts. Together, we will tackle ambitious technical problems to further develop innovative equipment to enable the Micron product roadmap. This position requires that you have a strong curiosity about engineering problem solving and innovation, and the skills to work both independently and in a team. We strive to provide an immersive experience into semiconductor dry etch hardware development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Demonstrate personal ownership of safety, quality, and compliance while working in lab, fab, and equipment-development environments. Presenting and clearly articulating your work. Conducting experiments to understand the technical limitations of current equipment capability. Developing in-process hardware and analytical techniques. Maintain high standards of integrity in data collection, analysis, documentation, and communication of technical results. Solving sophisticated engineering problems related to plasma etch hardware.
