The Microprocessors Software team in Bucharest is responsible for evaluating and optimizing the behavior of NXP's i.MX family of processors across various operating conditions. An important part of this activity is understanding how hardware components behave from a thermal, power, and performance perspective and ensuring reliable operation under different workloads, customer use cases, and environmental conditions. We are looking for motivated students who are passionate about embedded systems, electronics, and software development. As an intern, you will contribute to the development of test applications and automated measurement solutions used to characterize temperature, power consumption, and performance on NXP platforms running in bare-metal and low-level software environments. Your Responsibilities: Understand customer benchmarking requests and translate them into relevant test scenarios and measurement plans.
