The Manufacturing Engineering team is responsible for enabling safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacturing operations. The team partners closely with operations, maintenance, EHS, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and world-class manufacturing performance. In this role you will apply advanced area knowledge to optimize manufacturing performance through problem solving, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Focused on implementing corrective and preventive actions, you will drive strategic and tactical solutions, while enabling sustainable improvements across safety, quality, and operational performance. Responsibilities Drive quality excellence through deviation reduction, post-mortem facilitation, qualification strategies, and establishment of leading indicators to prevent equipment and process variation. Improve tactical manufacturing performance by reducing unscheduled downtime, optimizing maintenance strategies, and supporting recovery plans and risk mitigation for planned and unplanned events. Develop and implement long-term strategies that enable sustainable improvements in equipment performance, precision maintenance, and scheduled downtime management.
