Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. • Lead and manage CMP equipment engineering team to support Fab16 manufacturing operations, ensuring high tool availability, stability, and performance. • Drive equipment continuous improvement initiatives, including uptime enhancement, defect reduction, cost saving, and productivity improvement. • Own equipment KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, defectivity) and ensure targets are achieved through systematic monitoring and action tracking. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Engineering (PE), Manufacturing, Facilities (FAC), and suppliers/vendors to resolve equipment issues and drive sustainable solutions. • Support new technology and product transfers (NPI/TD), including tool readiness, qualification, and ramp-up. • Lead troubleshooting of critical tool issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) with effective corrective and preventive actions. • Manage team development, including coaching, performance management, and capability building of engineers. • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards. • Align team execution with fab priorities, capacity planning, and business commitments.
