Job Summary The Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager 1 (M1) is responsible for leading a Process Engineering team to achieve world-class manufacturing performance in safety, quality, yield, cycle time, cost, and output. The manager provides technical leadership, develops engineering talent, drives process optimization, and partners with Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Facilities, Quality, and Central Teams to support business objectives and technology roadmap execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Performance Ownership Own process performance indicators including: Yield Quality Cycle Time (CT) Cost Manufacturing Output Drive continuous improvement activities to achieve benchmark performance. Lead process optimization and recipe management activities. Resolve chronic yield and process excursions. 2. Operations & Manufacturing Support Ensure process stability and manufacturing readiness. Support daily manufacturing operations and escalation management. Lead process qualification and technology deployment activities. Partner with production teams to maximize wafer output and capacity utilization. 3. Yield & Quality Improvement Establish proactive process control culture. Utilize SPC, FDC and advanced statistical methodologies.
