MGR, MTTN CMP Process and Equipment

We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader to drive CMP module performance in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role owns both process and equipment performance and is responsible for achieving yield, defectivity, productivity, and cost targets. In alignment with Micron’s AI transformation, this role is also expected to adopt AI-enabled ways of working to enhance engineering decision-making, automate workflows, and accelerate problem-solving.
