Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Technical Leader to drive the development and optimization of CMP processes for DRAM technology nodes. This role is critical to advancing our next-generation memory products and requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining technical roadmap, and mentoring fellow engineers. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge DRAM process solutions to support yield ramp-up. Job Description Summary Key Responsibilities: Establish and optimize process conditions and technologies to enhance capability and reduce cost. Drive process management projects and introduce new technologies and Best Known Methods (BKM). Evaluate and introduce new equipment/ functionality through demo, H2H, and TOR evaluation processes. Lead problem-solving analysis and corrective actions in top-level task force to ensure rapid recovery for issues and root cause resolution. Collaborate with global peers (HVM/TD) to align strategies and technology roadmaps. Manage cross-functional resources to close technical gaps and drive project execution.
