Summary of Role: MTS Etch Process Engineer: We are seeking candidates for the position of Etch Process Engineer with a strong passion for developing processes for new technology offerings and advanced manufacturing, to expand GF’s technology portfolio. Essential Responsibilities: Collaborate across product development and process integration to determine and develop etch processes. Develop and execute experiments to progress R&D projects in a 200mm High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) foundry environment. Collaborate with experts across GF fabs to promote sharing and learning across fabs Collaborate with Equipment Suppliers to determine industry capabilities and evaluate options applicable to GF technology roadmap Follow up with cross-fab benchmarking activities to engage the best-in-class practices across fabs. Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
