As a Process Integration Engineer, you will work with an industry-leading team to enable advanced DRAM technologies in a manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, yield optimization, and cross-functional problem solving. You will have the opportunity to drive process improvements, influence product performance, and help accelerate technology scaling through engineering excellence and innovation. Responsibilities: Enable next generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab. Ramp up production yield and deliver high quality DRAM products to customers. Analyze electrical and inline data to identify yield detractors and process anomalies. Process integration flow and structure optimization to improve the yield and product performance. Monitor and maintain the production line. Make sure the c-spec and structure integrity satisfies all production-grade requirements.
