The Memory CAD Engineering organization plays a critical role in enabling Micron’s custom memory design teams through advanced design automation, workflow innovation, and engineering productivity solutions. The AI Design Enablement team focuses on applying AI-Assisted methods, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced automation technologies to real semiconductor design challenges. By partnering closely with design, layout, verification, and CAD teams worldwide, the organization develops scalable solutions that accelerate development, improve design quality, and enhance engineering efficiency across custom memory workflows. We are seeking an EDA/CAD Engineer with hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning (ML), LLMs, or advanced automation. In this role, you will apply expertise in IC design, layout, verification, simulation, and design automation to identify and deliver high-value AI-Enabled solutions that improve engineering productivity, quality, and development cycle time.
