As a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) HVM Process Engineer at Micron, you will work with state-of-the-art defect inspection systems, advanced data analytics, and semiconductor manufacturing technologies to identify, investigate, and resolve process and defect-related challenges in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role provides an opportunity to develop technical expertise while contributing to yield improvement, defect reduction, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives. You will collaborate with teams across Process Integration, Process Development, Yield Enhancement, Data Science, and global manufacturing sites to detect process excursions, improve defect visibility, and support technology transfer into High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to uncover insights, accelerate problem-solving, and improve manufacturing decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience with defect inspection equipment, process monitoring systems, statistical analysis, and data-driven process improvement methodologies.
