In this role, you will manage process qualification, stability and continuous improvement programs to deliver organizational goals, with opportunities to collaborate with other regions to drive process excellence as per GF standards . Your Job: Support company's production ramp schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release Establish SOP (Standard operating process), CAS and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process Optimize and maintain process by using SPC (Statistical process control) and DOE (Design of experiments) knowledge Work with other regions for BKM alignment (best known method) and process improvement initiatives Maintain process stability and continuous improvement project Drive process CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices Work with cross functions team(s) to deliver organizational goals Lead small team to deliver department goal Conduct process training internally to Associate Engineers…
