Job Responsibilities: To develop, sustain and improve process to meet technology development goals, as well as manage a group of Engineers and Associate Engineers, if necessary. Deep knowledge on multiple processes and good understanding on integration impact Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability to meet operations requirements Initiate and drive projects to improve quality, cost and equipment throughput Start-up new processes which involve process characterization and development Facilitate continuous improvement programs to improve process capability Able to understand process road map, define and plan for the project systematically Work smoothly and suggest constructively to integration team on process integration Organize and provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness Technical leadership in the group and be a coach to the Senior Engineers and Engineers Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and…
