Process Engineering Technician

Position Overview: The Process Engineering Technician is responsible for analyzing and managing sample flow from experiments on 3D laser powder bed fusion systems in development at Velo3D. Samples will come from a wide range of sources within the organization including process engineering, applications, manufacturing, and field service escalations. External sources of samples to be managed include customer and partner samples. Internal analysis and sample shipment for external analysis will be directly managed, performed, and tracked by the Process Engineering Technician. This position will report directly to the Director of Process Engineering.
