Process Integration and Yield Technician

We are seeking a Process Integration and Yield Technician to support process optimization, defect reduction, yield improvement, and product reliability initiatives within our manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in identifying process issues, analyzing failures, conducting technical investigations, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance and product quality. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex technical problems in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform physical, electrical, and technical analysis to identify defects contributing to yield loss, performance degradation, or reliability concerns. Conduct failure analysis on semiconductor products and components to determine root causes of electrical or physical failures. Perform electrical validation, fault isolation, and defect characterization on devices that fail manufacturing or reliability testing. Utilize analytical tools and techniques, including Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), to image, inspect, and characterize defects. Prepare and process samples for laboratory analysis and generate detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Document, analyze, and communicate technical results to engineers, technicians, operators, and management teams.
