Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. 募集要件: (下記のすべての条件を満たす必要はありません。) 電気・電子工学、化学工学、材料工学、または関連分野における学士または修士号 半導体プロセス開発、プロセス統合（PI）、または歩留まり改善に関する3年以上の実務経験 歩留まり低下、欠陥、特性ばらつきに対する原因解析および改善推進の実務経験 複数工程（例：CMP／Etch／Lithographyなど）にまたがる課題を横断的に解決した経験 SPC、FMEA、故障解析、データ解析などを用いた問題解決スキル 電気特性データ、インラインデータ、欠陥データの統合的な解析経験 多部門（プロセス、設備、製造、品質など）と連携しながら課題解決をリードできるコミュニケーション能力 複数の課題・プロジェクトを同時に管理し、期限内に成果を出す実行力 自律的に課題設定し、主体的に推進できる能力 英語での業務上のコミュニケーション能力、または習得に対する強い意欲 AIを理解し、活用できるスキル、あるいは習得しようとする強い意欲。 Requirements : (Candidates need not meet every single condition listed below.) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of practical experience in semiconductor process development, process integration (PI), or yield improvement Practical experience in root cause analysis and driving improvements regarding yield loss, defects, and performance variability Experience in cross-functional problem-solving spanning multiple process steps (e.g., CMP, Etch, Lithography) Problem-solving skills utilizing SPC, FMEA, failure analysis, data analysis, etc.
