Summary of Role: Support process integration of advanced CMOS devices on FinFET and FDSOI technologies. This role will contribute to improvements in device performance, technology yield, Cp/Cpk of inline and electrical parameters, defectivity, and new technology development. Essential Responsibilities include: Use data systems and structured problem-solving methodologies, including Design of Experiments (DOE) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
