Process Integration/Yield Engineer

Job Details: Job Description: Business group: The Technology and Manufacturing group is responsible for developing and manufacturing Intel's leading-edge silicon products. As part of this team, you will work on processes and equipment that enable Intel's advanced semiconductor technologies and help ensure consistent production quality across the company's global manufacturing network. The group focuses on innovation, precision, and collaboration, aligning with Intel's commitment to delivering world-class products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to support device miniaturization and defect control. - Conduct tests and measurements to ensure critical dimensions and defectivity are maintained within specifications. - Recommend and implement process and equipment modifications to improve production efficiency, yield, and cost performance. - Lead equipment maintenance and repair activities to ensure seamless module operations. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, cost, productivity, and defect prevention. - Develop and implement systems for early detection and resolution of process or equipment discrepancies. - Participate in the transfer of technology to global manufacturing sites, providing training and audits to ensure process consistency. - Manage equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. - Collaborate with suppliers to enhance equipment capabilities and resolve technical challenges.
