Product Development Engineer -- Post-Si Characterization

As part of the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, you will work on productizing NVIDIA’s chips into consumer, professional and datacenter markets. What You’ll Be Doing: As an integral part of product engineering, you will drive our latest architecture designs to market. Pioneer modern ATE test methodologies for next-generation GPU circuits, advanced silicon technologies, and innovative assembly processes -- partner directly with feature designers to build success criteria that drive product excellence from concept to silicon. Identify and resolve yield bottlenecks, analyze and drive test failures, wafer & package level failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). Propose DOEs and come up with solutions to complex characterization problems. Multi-functionally lead efforts to build solutions with foundry, DFT, test, Planning and quality to root-cause and solve technical problems.
