Apply on Intel’s site →Job Details: Job Description: The Senior Business Development Manager leads go-to-market and business development for Intel's silicon photonics portfolio within Integrated Photonics Solutions (IPS). Reporting to Jonathan Doylend, this role owns the path from technology to revenue: defining where IPS competes, winning the customers and partners that matter, and turning design engagements into committed business. Optical connectivity is becoming a requirement for AI and data center scaling, and the window to establish position is now. You will lead engagements with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, OEMs, ODMs, and silicon and system partners across optical compute interconnect, co-packaged optics, and optical engines. You will shape the commercial model, drive design wins, and bring a clear customer view back into the IPS roadmap. This is a senior, externally facing leadership role with direct accountability for pipeline, design wins, and revenue growth. Responsibilities Define and lead the IPS go-to-market strategy, including target segments, priority accounts, positioning, and value proposition. Build and own the business development pipeline, from first engagement through design win, contract, and volume ramp. Lead executive-level engagements with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, OEMs, ODMs, and strategic silicon and system partners. Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, supply commitments, joint development, and partnership terms.
