Your Team, Your Impact As the Worldwide Test Hardware Engineering leader within the Operations Engineering business group, you will oversee the development, delivery and validation of all aspects of test hardware that is used in the testing of the silicon semiconductor chips that Marvell produces for both internal and external customers. The leader will drive the team in partnering with our suppliers and internal design teams to insure that we deliver first time rate production worthy designs in NPI and then ramp and support through Manufacturing. What You Can Expect This is the development and execution lead for all worldwide test hardware engineering — covering ATE load boards, probe cards, sockets, and change kits across NPI and production. The position is a Senior Director and reports into the AVP of Test & Hardware Engineering.
