Your Job: Process integration in development, optimization, and qualification of semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements. DOE design, execution, and analysis of results. Partner process module engineers to improve device/yield performance. Own and drive technical process problem solving. Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries. Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies. Innovate new methods of continuous process/device improvement. Required Qualifications Education - Degree/master's in electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent. 4 year’s relevant experience for Degree. Wafer Fab process integration experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a plus. Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
