Introduction: We are looking for candidates who are interested in technology development in advanced CMOS and eNVM process integration and device areas. Responsibilities : To develop differentiated technology through various maturity milestones (from proof-of-concept to ready-for-production) by meeting the requirements for electrical, mechanical, thermal, reliability, and customer specifications and contribute to GLOBALFOUNDRIES' corporate objective to be the leader in providing solutions to customers. To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements To work with different teams (process module, device, reliability, product engineering & fab operation) to develop and qualify new technologies/processes To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.
