About the Role Intel's Silicon Photonics Quality & Reliability team is seeking a Senior Silicon Photonics Reliability Engineer to drive reliability strategy, qualification, and technology development for advanced photonic devices and Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs). In this role, you will partner closely with technology development, process integration, design, manufacturing, and quality teams to assess, improve, and certify the reliability of silicon photonics technologies and products. You will play a key role in identifying reliability risks, developing qualification methodologies, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring successful transitions from technology development to high-volume manufacturing.
