Perform preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and equipment troubleshooting activities. Diagnose equipment issues and execute recovery actions to minimize downtime. Support equipment installation, qualification, upgrade, relocation, and decommissioning activities. Execute equipment inspections, calibrations, and operational checks to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Analyze equipment performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, yield, and productivity. Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and suppliers to resolve equipment-related issues. Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, technical documentation, and operational records. Utilize AI-enabled and data-driven tools to support troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, equipment performance analysis, and knowledge management. Apply AI-assisted solutions to improve work efficiency, accelerate problem solving, enhance decision-making, and reduce response time for equipment-related issues. Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental requirements while supporting manufacturing operations. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related technical fields.
