Your Team, Your Impact The Central Engineering – AMS Signal Integrity (SI) Team is responsible for establishing and maintaining interconnect Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) design rules for Marvell's AMS IPs. Day-to-day work includes floorplan and bump assignment studies, Redistribution Layer (RDL) design, interposer and package routing analysis, and PCB layout guidelines to ensure optimal system performance. The team collaborates closely with IP design, physical design, and package/PCB teams across the full product lifecycle by ensuring robust SI/PI solutions at every stage to meet the stringent performance demands of AI, cloud, and hyperscaler data center applications.
