Summary of Role: GlobalFoundries (GF) is seeking a self-driven professional to support the development of leading-edge test solutions for the growing Data Center, High-performance Computing markets using next-generation GF proprietary technologies. The successful candidate will be a member of an established world-class test engineering team, driven by collaborative innovation, analytical thinking and creative problem solving. Essential Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital test solutions on Advantest 93k tester platform. Tests will integrate digital and optical test strategies into one solution. Assign tester resources to meet test specifications, write parsing scripts to quickly evaluate produced data. Design and implement test cell improvements to increase tester capabilities (test time reduction, increased accuracy, increased tester capabilities, etc.) Become subject matter expert in micro-positioning stages. RF test design/implementation on Advantest 93k Tester platform.
