Job Description/Preferred Qualifications The Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) is an important field-based contributor who possesses a unique combination of talents, skills and relationships. The TEM is engaged in technical activities in support of securing business opportunities at key PCB and ICOS customers . In-depth product knowledge is interchangeable with Division Marketing and is able to represent Division Marketing with customers. Technical credibility and working-level knowledge allows the TEM to be viewed as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer.
