This job requisition is to seek senior technical leader s in the field of process integration to join Micron Memory Taiwan, reporting directly to site Sr. management or the VP . As a Senior member of technical staff (SMTS) or Distinguished member of technical staff (DMTS) , you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining technical roadmap, and mentoring fellow engineers . Your expertise will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge DRAM process integration solutions to support yield ramp-up . Your contribution will leave a lasting impact on the DRAM industry . Responsibilities for Process Integration SMTS/DMTS include (but are not limited to ): Own critical taskforce , take ownership of critical initiatives , leading cross functional technical team to execute new tech node yield roadmap, collaborate closely with process engineering, equipment team , technology development and local yield teams to improve new technology . Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and c areer development. Cultivate an innovative mindset , identify ing opportunities for process improvements that align with state-of-the-art product requirement while optimizing costs.
