Introduction: GIGA+ Fab (200mm) is seeking an experienced and motivated Lithography Process Engineer to become part of our Operations & Unit Module Team, supporting daily operations & projects in CMOS, Photonics & Power platforms. Job description: Startup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline. Work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance Troubleshoot process issues (daily operations sustenance) and initiate/drive complex projects to improve yield/quality, cost & manufacturing KPIs in Lithography Analyze data from pass down to identify chronic process issues, establish improvement programs and resolve them. Act as technical consultant to AEs. Perform tasks without error. To work with Process Integration/Yield Enhancement teams to improve the process stability and process margin, achieve good quality process and cost-effective production. Analyze SPC/SEC charts, review split lots, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP & other in-house systems.
