Role Summary We are seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible for defining and governing scalable test frameworks and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) practices for the delivery of high-quality embedded software for Radio IC and SoC products. This role ensures quality is designed into the lifecycle through reusable automation frameworks, integrated CI/CD validation, and audit-ready traceability. The position combines deep embedded test expertise with cross-program influence to standardize practices, improve measurable quality outcomes, and reduce defect escape. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment across a geographically distributed organization.
