Responsibilities: Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Dry Etch, Wet Etch, and Clean process technologies in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Lead yield improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, defect reduction, and process optimization. Develop, execute, and analyze Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to improve process capability and product quality. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on throughput, cycle time, manufacturability, cost reduction, and process robustness. Lead qualification of new processes, equipment, toolsets, and technology transfers into manufacturing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex process and equipment issues through data-driven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Partner with Product, Integration, Equipment, and Manufacturing teams to ensure process compatibility, manufacturability, and production readiness.
